1. Estimating & Sales Process
Review plans and specifications to understand project scope.
Generate detailed estimates and proposals tailored to client needs.
Offer alternative solutions and to meet design intent within schedule and budget.
2. Submittal Process
Expedite samples and submittals as needed to meet schedule and lead time.
Provide a quality control checklist and product specifications for architect review.

3. Material Procurement
Expedite samples and submittals to allow early material purchasing.
Identify and track long-lead items during project setup.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely orders.
Propose alternatives when lead times threaten the schedule.
Perform location-based takeoffs to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
4. Engineering & Production
Complete preliminary engineering based on submittal shop drawings.
Use hold-to dimensions to start fabrication once design and finishes are approved.
Create templates and match existing conditions as needed.
Incorporate field dimensions into final shop drawings for fabrication, install, and as-builts.
Leverage collaboration between craftsmen and engineers to deliver complex millwork designs.
5. Delivery & Installation
Fabricate and palletize materials by elevation and room.
Label pallets with packing slips and provide shipping manifests for sign-off at delivery.
Deliver materials ahead of install for proper acclimation.
Coordinate complex millwork items with installers during shop production.
Provide custom templates for complex conditions (ceilings, radiused walls, panels, etc.)
Collaborate with other subcontractors for optimal field sequencing.
Assign a dedicated Field Operations Manager to oversee every project.
